摘　　要：目的建立离子对高效液相色谱法测定五福心脑清软胶囊中维生素B_6的含量。方法采用菲罗门Gemini C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以0.01mol·L^(-1)庚烷磺酸钠溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,用磷酸调pH值至3.0)-甲醇(85∶15)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长为280nm;柱温30℃。结果维生素B_6浓度在1.03～51.40μg·mL^(-1)(r=1.0000,n=6)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回收率为100.81%,RSD为1.34%(n=9)。本品中维生素B_6含量为4.30～4.99mg/粒。结论该方法准确,专属性好,线性、重复性、精密度和回收率良好,可用于五福心脑清软胶囊中维生素B_6的定量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of vitamin B6 in WuFu XinNaoQing Soft Capsules.METHODS The chromatographic column was Gemini C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with 0.01 mol·L^-1 sodium heptane sulfonate solution(containing 0.2% three ethylamine,phosphoric acid adjusted pH to 3)-methanol(85∶15) as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 280 nm,column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS The concentration of vitamin B6 was linear in the range of 1.03-51.40μg·mL^-1(r=1.0000,n=6)and the peak area was linear.The recovery was 100.81%(RSD=1.34%,n=9).The content of vitamin B6 in this product is 4.30-4.99 mg/granules.CONCLUSION The method is accurate,specific,linear,reproducible,precision and recovery.It can be used for quantitative determination of vitamin B6 in Wufu XinNaoQing Soft Capsules.
