摘 要:为了提高木粉(WF)和橡胶基体的相容性,拓展木粉的应用领域,采用微波、铝酸酯、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)、KOH四种方式对WF进行改性,利用红外光谱对WF改性效果进行分析。通过机械共混法制备了改性WF/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料,考察了改性WF对复合材料硫化特性、力学性能、耐磨性能和耐屈挠龟裂性能的影响。结果表明,改性WF的加入缩短了胶料的焦烧时间和硫化时间;四种改性方式均提高了复合材料的力学性能,其中KH550改性WF的效果最好;在耐磨性方面,四种改性方式中KOH改性效果最好,阿克隆磨耗量最小为1.69 cm^3/(1.61 km);在耐屈挠龟裂性能方面,KH550改性方式的提升幅度最大。Improving the compatibility between wood flour(WF) and rubber matrix and expanding the application fields of WF,the effect of WF modified using microwave,aluminate coupling agent,KH550 and KOH was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.Effects of modified WF on the curing characteristics,mechanical properties,wearability and flex cracking of modifying WF/NR composites prepared by mechanical blending were investigated.The results showed that the addition of modified WF decreased the scorch time and curing time;the mechanical properties of the composites improved by the four modifying methods,and the treated method of KH550 coupling agent possessing the best effect.In the aspect of wear resistance,the KOH treatment was the best among the four modification methods,and the lowest Akron abrasion loss 1.69 cm 3/(1.61km).The KH550 modification method has the largest improvement of flexural cracking resistance.
