摘 要:异丁酸异丁酯是一类重要的化学品,可作为香精香料或溶剂。以异丁醇铝为催化剂催化两分子异丁醛Tishchenko反应一步制异丁酸异丁酯,并通过单因素实验法进行异丁酸异丁酯合成工艺条件的研究,确定其较佳合成工艺条件为m(异丁醇铝)∶m(异丁醛)=1∶10,反应温度10℃,反应时间3.5 h。在该工艺条件下,异丁醛的转化率大于99%,异丁酸异丁酯的产率大于95%。Isobutyl isobutyrate as an important chemical is employed as an essential flavor or solvent.In this paper,isobutyl isobutyrate was prepared by Tishchenko reaction of two molecular isobutyraldehyde in presence of aluminum isobutoxide catalyst system.Single factor experiment was performed to investigate the reaction conditions of the synthesis of isobutyl isobutyrate.The optimum conditions were as follows,the amount of aluminum isobutoxide was 10% of isobutyraldehyde,the reaction temperature was 10 ℃,and the reaction time was 3.5 h.Under the above-mentioned conditions,the conversion of isobutyraldehyde and the yield of isobutyl isobutyrate can reach 99% and 95%,respectively.
