摘 要:研究了SO■/ZrO_2-SiO_2固体酸催化剂的制备,考察了催化剂制备过程中m(Si)∶m(Zr)、c(浸渍液)及焙烧温度对酸强度的影响,并采用IR、SEM对催化剂结构进行了表征。结果表明,SO■/ZrO_2-SiO_2固体酸催化剂适宜的制备条件为m(Si)∶m(Zr)=1∶4,c(浸渍液)=1.0 mol/L,预焙烧温度300℃,焙烧温度550℃,催化剂的酸强度为13.56 mmol/g。在乙醛酸与尿素反应制备尿囊素过程中,使用固体酸催化剂明显提高了尿囊素的收率。The preparation process of SO^2-4/ZrO2-SiO2 solid acid catalyst was studied,the effect factors of zirconium-silicon ratio,impregnation concentration and calcination temperature on acid strength were investigated,and the structure of catalyst was characterized by IR and SEM.The results indicated that suitable preparation conditions of SO^2-4/ZrO 2-SiO2 solid acid catalyst were silicon-zirconium ratio 1∶4,impregnation concentration 1.0mol/L,calcination temperature 550 ℃ and pre-baking temperature 300℃.The acid strength of the catalyst was 13.56mmol/g at the above-mentioned conditions.In the process of preparing allantoin by reacting glyoxylic acid with urea,the yield of allantoin was obviously increased by using solid acid catalyst.
