摘 要:采用聚焦单模微波合成系统,在无溶剂条件下,取代苯酚分别与二氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷反应,合成了系列二苯氧基甲烷/乙烷类化合物.考察了微波辐射温度、时间,相转移催化剂,碱的种类及用量对产物产率的影响,在优化实验条件下合成了8种化合物,产物结构通过熔点测定、红外光谱进行表征.A focused single-mode microwave synthesis system was used to explore the synthesis of diphenoxymethane/ethane com原 pounds from the reaction of substituted phenol with dichloromethane and 1,2-dichloroethane under solvent-free conditions. The ef原 fects of microwave irradiation temperature, time, phase transfer catalyst, alkali type and dosage on the reaction were investigated. Un原 der the optimized experimental conditions, different phenols were selected to react with dichloromethane and 1,2-dichloroethane re原 spectively to synthesize 8 kinds of similar compounds with high yield. The product structure was characterized by melting point deter原 mination and infrared spectroscopy.
