摘  要:目的研究采用SBAR模式交流患者病情在低年资医师交班中的应用效果。方法制定及使用SBAR目标式交接核查表,以心血管内科病房收治患者为交接对象,比较分析采用SBAR模式前后交接时间、交接问题发生率、医师交班质量、医护人员满意度的变化。结果运用SBAR沟通方式后,平均交接的时间缩短(P<0.05);交接问题发生率降低(P<0.01);年轻医师对患者病情观察全面性较实施前提高,实施前后差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01),医护人员满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论运用专科目标式交接核查表交接班有助于低年资医师掌握患者病情、熟悉交接班工作内容,减少交接时间,降低交接问题发生率,大幅度提高接班者对有效信息的接收,提高保障患者安全的针对性,有利于提高低年资医师的综合能力。Objective To study the application effect of SBAR mode in physicians with low-seniority.Methods SBAR targeted handover checklist was developed and used,and cardiovascular internal medicine ward patients were treated as handover objects to compare and analyze the transition time,the incidence rate of handover problems,physicians handover quality,and satisfaction of medical staff before and after the use of model SBAR.Results After using the SBAR communication method,the average handover time was shortened (P<0.05).The incidence of transition was reduced (P<0.01).The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in young physicians’overall observation of patient’s condition before and after the implementation (P<0.01),and the satisfaction of the medical staff was increased (P<0.01).Conclusion Using specialized targeted shift handover checklist helps lower seniority physicians hold health condition,get familiar with the work content,reduce the delivery time,and reduce the incidence of transition issues,greatly improves the effective information receiving for the successors,improves the pertinence of patient safety,and comprehensive ability of low-seniority physicians.
