摘 要:抽油机井在抽油过程中的工况复杂多变,动液面数据是判断油井生产是否健康的关键参数。在实际应用中,传统的动液面测量方法误差大,连续测量设备成本偏高。为研究油井动液面的连续测量方法,本文在泵功图的基础上,分析抽油机悬点的运动规律,确定悬点加速度为零处的悬点载荷,建立动液面计算模型,并通过现场实测数据,对计算模型进行了验证及误差对比分析。研究结果表明,所用的动液面计算方法与实测动液面深度的相对误差最大为6.52%,最小为0.14%,平均相对误差为2.67%。与其他计算方法相比,所建立的计算模型的精度较高,有效降低了动液面连续测量成本,有利于油田自动化生产管理。The working conditions of pumping wells were complex and changeable in the process of pumping,Dynamic fluid level data was a key parameter to judge whether oil well production was normal or not.In practical application,the traditional method of measuring liquid level had a large error and the cost of continuous measurement equipment was high.In order to research the continuous measurement method of dynamic fluid level in oil wells,on the basis of the pump work diagram,according to the changing characteristics of the acceleration of the suspension point of the pumping unit,solving the suspended point load at zero acceleration of suspended point,the dynamic liquid level calculation model was established.The calculation model was verified and the error was compared and analyzed through the field measured data.The results showed that the relative error between the calculation method of the moving liquid level and the measured moving liquid level depth was 6.52%at the maximum,0.14%at the minimum,and the average relative error was 2.67%.Compared with other calculation methods,the established calculation model had higher accuracy,effectively reduces the cost of continuous measurement of liquid level,and was beneficial to automatic production management in oil fields.
