摘 要:目的考察葛根醇提物对小鼠餐后血糖水平的影响。方法回流提取法制备葛根醇提物浸膏及溶液。以蔗糖溶液诱导餐后高血糖模型小鼠,以阿卡波糖为阳性对照药,研究葛根醇提物高、中、低剂量对小鼠餐后血糖水平的影响。结果与模型对照组相比,葛根醇提物高、中、低剂量组动物在餐后60、90、120 min的血糖值均较低,其中高剂量组的受试动物在餐后120 min的血糖水平显著低于模型对照组(P <0.05)。结论葛根醇提物对小鼠餐后血糖水平的升高具有一定抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effect of puerarin ethanol extract on postprandial blood glucose level in mice.Methods The pueraria alcohol extract and solution were prepared by reflux extraction method.The postprandial hyperglycemia mice model was induced by sucrose solution.Acarbose sugar was used as positive control drug,to study the effect of high,medium and low doses of puerarin ethanol extract on postprandial blood glucose level in mice.Results Compared with the model control group,the postprandial blood glucose values of 60,90,120 min were lower in the high,medium and low doses of puerariae alcohol extract group.In the high dose group,the glycaemia level of 120 min after meal was significantly lower than that of the model control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ethanol extract of puerariae have a certain inhibitory effect on the increase of postprandial blood glucose level in mice.
