摘　　要：随着改革不断深入与社会转型发展,农村社会矛盾不断凸显,农村社会管理与乡村治理工作亟需加强。抓好农村社会矛盾实地化解柔性管理,对于有效化解农村社会矛盾,促进农村改革深化、农村经济发展和农村社会稳定,具有极其重要的意义。要从基层工作队伍、工作方法、工作原则、工作机制、农民教育等方面抓好柔性工作,突出农村社会矛盾实地化解的主体力量、根本指针、关键因素、重要策略和预防措施。With the deepening of reform and the development and transformation of society,rural social contradictions have become increasingly prominent,and rural social management and rural governance urgently need to be strengthened. To further improve the field resolution and flexible management of rural social contradictions is of great significance for effectively solving the contradictions,deepening rural reform and promoting rural economic development and social stability. It is necessary to focus on the flexible management from the aspects of grassroots workforce,working method,working principle,working mechanism and farmers training,and highlight the main force,fundamental guideline,key factors,important strategies and preventive measures of the field resolution.
