摘　　要：目的探讨肠结核的彩色多普勒超声表现。方法回顾性分析36例经临床证实的肠结核患者,观察病变肠壁的彩色多普勒超声表现。结果 36例肠结核患者常规超声检查均可见肠壁增厚、回声减低及回声不均匀,其中肠壁弥漫性增厚29例(80.6%),结节样增厚7例(19. 4%),增厚肠壁伴溃疡形成3例(8.3%);合并肠系膜淋巴结肿大18例(50.0%),其中6例(16.7%)淋巴结内见粗大钙化,合并腹腔积液20例(55.6%)。结论肠结核超声主要表现为肠壁增厚,可合并溃疡形成,结合肠管外超声表现,有助于提高肠结核的诊断率。Objective To assess the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in intestinal tuberculosis. Method A retrospective analysis was performed of 36 cases of clinically con rmed intestinal tuberculosis, and color Doppler ultrasound ndings of the lesions were observed. Results Color Doppler ultrasound revealed intestinal wall thickening as well as decreased and uneven echogenecity in 36 cases, diffuse thickening in 29 (80.6%), nodular thickening in 7 (19.4%), intestinal wall ulceration in 3 (8.3%), and mesenteric lymph node enlargement in 18 [50%;among them 6 (16.7%) had visible bulky calcification], and ascites in 20 (55.6%). Conclusions Intestinal tuberculosis mainly manifests as bowel wall thickening, sometimes with ulceration, on ultrasound. The analysis of sonographic findings can help improve the diagnosis of intestinal tuberculosis.
