摘 要:为满足脑卒中患者"个性化、精细化"的康复训练需求,文章研究了踏式康复训练器的坐姿距离s、座椅高度h、曲柄长度l_1、角速度ω_1等因素对膝关节康复训练的影响。首先,在矢状面内建立人机模型;然后,以膝关节活动度和角速度为评价指标,对其进行运动学分析及仿真;最后,在样机上进行试验,利用多指标试验的极差分析法对仿真结果及试验结果进行分析。仿真与试验结果表明,影响膝关节运动状态的因素主次顺序依次为ω_1→l_1→h→s,各因素最佳组合方案为s(4)h(3)l_1(4)ω_1(4)。该文研究结果可以为专业医护人员替患者制定精细化的康复治疗方案提供一定的参考。To meet the needs of personalized and meticulous rehabilitation training for stroke patients, the influence of the factors of a foot rehabilitation training device such as the sitting distance s, seat height h, length of crank l1 and angular velocity ω1 on the knee joint rehabilitation training was researched. Firstly, the human model in the sagittal plane was established. Then, with the knee joint activity and angular velocity as the evaluation indexes, the kinematics analysis and simulation were made. Finally, experiments were carried out on the prototype, and the results of the simulation and test were analyzed by the range analysis method of multi index test. The simulation and test results showed that the primary and secondary order of the factors affecting the motion of the knee was ω1→l1→h→s, and that the optimal combination of the factors was s(4)h(3)l1(4)ω1(4). The results of this study can provide a reference for the professional health care workers to develop fine rehabilitation programs for patients.
