桃红四物汤治疗前交叉韧带重建术后早期康复的经验

摘　　要：目的观察桃红四物汤对前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术后早期康复的疗效。方法关节镜下行前交叉韧带重建术的患者46例,均取同侧半腱肌、股薄肌进行韧带重建,随机分为观察组和对照组,各23例。观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予桃红四物汤口服。2组患者其余治疗原则相同。观察并记录术后2周、4周、6周2组患者Lysholm评分,然后进行比较分析。结果观察组第2周、第4周、第6周后Lysholm评分明显优于对照组。结论桃红四物汤能够显著改善关节镜下行前交叉韧带重建术后患者的膝关节功能,促进膝关节康复。Objective To observe the effect of Taohong Siwu decoction on early rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction.Methods 46 patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy were randomly divided into observation group(23 cases)and control group(23 cases).The observation group was given Taohong Siwu decoction orally on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The two groups had the same treatment principles.The Lysholm objective score of the two groups were observed and recorded at 2,4 and 6 weeks after operation,and then compared and analyzed.Results The Lysholm objective score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after the second week,the fourth week and the sixth week.Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction can significantly improve knee function and promote knee rehabilitation after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
