四磨汤联合中医穴位按摩治疗原发性肝癌胃肠功能障碍的经验

摘　　要：目的探讨四磨汤联合中医穴位按摩对原发性肝癌胃肠功能障碍的影响。方法 60例原发性肝癌患者,随机数字分为对照组和观察组,各30例。2组均采用四磨汤治疗,对照组采用常规康复护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用中医穴位按摩。比较2组术后肠鸣音恢复时间,首次排气、排便时间和不良反应。结果观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间和首次排便时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐、腹胀、咽喉不适不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四磨汤联合中医穴位按摩可有效促进原发性肝癌患者的胃肠功能恢复,减少并发症发生。Objective To explore the effect of Simo decoction combined with acupoint massage in in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction of primary liver cancer.Methods Sixty patients with primary liver cancer were randomly assigned to the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).The two groups were treated with Simo decoction,the control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds,initial exhaust,defecation time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds,first exhaust time and first defecation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions including nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension and laryngopharyngeal discomfort in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Simo decoction combined with acupoint massage can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce complications in patients with primary liver cancer.
