理气消瘤方联合延续性护理干预对乳腺癌术后5年复发率的影响

摘　　要：目的探究理气消瘤方联合延续性护理干预对乳腺癌术后5年复发率的影响。方法选我院乳腺癌手术治疗86例患者,随机分为常规组及联合组,对常规组行理气消瘤方及常规护理,联合组行理气消瘤方联合延续性护理干预,比较2组生活质量及复发率。结果联合组QLSBC总分显著高于常规组,P<0.05,且联合组患者5年复发率、复发时间均显著优于常规组,P<0.05。结论理气消瘤方联合延续性护理干预,能够显著提高患者生活质量,并能够有效降低其术后复发几率。Objective To investigate the effect of regulating qi and eliminating tumor recipe combined with continuous nursing intervention on the 5-year recurrence rate of breast cancer.Methods Eighty-six patients were treated with breast cancer surgery in our hospital.The patients were divided into the conventional group and the combined group.The conventional group was treated with regulating qi and eliminating tumor recipe and routine nursing,and the combined group was treated with regulating qi and eliminating tumor recipe and continuous nursing intervention.Quality and recurrence rate between the two groups as compared.Results The total score of QLSBC in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group P<0.05,and the 5-year recurrence rate and recurrence time of the combined group were significantly better than the conventional group P<0.05.Conclusion The regulating qi and eliminating tumor recipe combined with continuous nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and effectively reduce the chance of postoperative recurrence.
