摘　　要：目的介绍滚针疗法治疗疾病的临床应用进展。方法选取CNKI、万方、维普等三大中文数据库,选取近十年的文献中与滚针临床应用相关的文章做一梳理总结。结果近十年间滚针治疗范围主要涉及皮肤损容疾病、内科疾病与筋骨损伤疾病。结论滚针疗法有其独特的治疗优势,其临床应用范围也得到了扩展,仍存在一些问题值得深入研究。Objective To introduce the progress of clinical application of rolling needle acupuncture therapy in the treatment of diseases.Methods Three Chinese databases,such as CNKI,Wanfang and Vip,were selected,and the articles related to the clinical application of rolling needle acupuncture therapy were reviewed and summarized in the literature of the last ten years.Results The treatment range of rolling needle acupuncture therapy in the last ten years was mainly related to skin lesion,internal medicine disease and bone injury disease.Conclusion Rolling needle acupuncture therapy has its unique therapeutic advantages,and its clinical application has been expanded,and there are still some problems worthy of further study.
