摘　　要：介绍了某铜冶炼工程废酸处理站采用的硫化+中和处理工艺流程、技术原理、主要设备规格和技术经济指标等。着重阐述了废酸处理站的设计特点、注意事项和硫化系统的安全防护措施。同时结合废酸处理站运行情况,对出现的问题进行了分析并提出解决方案,以供类似工程借鉴。The sulphurization combined with the neutralization process applied in the waste acid treatment process in a copper smelting project,the principal of the technology,main equipment specifications,and technological and economic indicators are reviewed.The process design features,attentions,and safety precautions for the sulphurization process were highlighted.Analysis has been conducted for the operational issues that have arisen in the practice of the waste acid treatment work station.Solutions were provided and could be applied as a guide for similar projects.
