摘 要:为了保证无刷直流电机的精确换相,针对传统反电动势法换相策略导致的换相超前或滞后,甚至失步的问题,提出了一种新的基于反电动势法电机控制的换相策略。此策略避免了反电动势过零点后迟滞时间的设置,使电机检测到反电动势过零点后直接换相,通过提高相电压控制PWM占空比的的方式,补偿转矩损失,避免转矩波动,提高了电机控制的可靠性。同时,通过理论和实验进一步分析了新换相策略的优缺点,验证了新换相策略的可行性,具有较高的工程应用价值。To ensure the precise commutation of Brushless DC motor,a novel commutation method which based on reverse electromotive force(EMF)was proposed.This method was aimed at solving the problems of commutation forward or lagging even losing step,which caused by the traditional reverse EMF commutation.The results showed,this strategy avoided the setting of the delay time after the zero crossing of the reverse EMF,so that direct commutation of reverse EMF was detected by motor after the zero.Besides,the reliability of motor control was improved by improving the duty cycle of PWM controlled the phase voltage,to compensate torque loss,avoid torque ripple.Meanwhile,the model of new commutation strategy was verified through the combination of theory and experiments.Therefore,the present work has a higher value in engineering application.
