精益化管理在乌江梯级水库群日调节水库中的实施与成效

摘　　要：为了进一步提高日调节水库调度的精益化水平,通过对乌江梯级水库群的4座日调节水库提出科学合理的控制措施,进行分期水位控制分析总结,并以此为依据开展精益化调度管理工作。总结多年来乌江梯级优化调度工作经验,结合调度共识,根据不同目标、不同季节、不同因素的影响,分析计算梯级日调节水库的各阶段目标要求,研究制定各阶段水库水位控制范围、注意事项,为日调节水库精益化调度管理提供技术支撑,确保日调节水库精益化管理达到"依据充分、措施具体、安全经济"的目的。In order to further improve the lean level of daily regulation reservoir operation,scientific and reasonable control measures are put forward for four daily regulation reservoirs of Wujiang cascade reservoir group,and stage water level control is analyzed and summarized,and lean operation management is carried out on the basis of this.Summarizing the experience of cascade optimal dispatching in Wujiang River for many years,combining with the consensus of dispatching,according to the influence of different objectives,different seasons and different factors,this paper analyzes and calculates the objectives and requirements of each stage of cascade daily regulation reservoir,studies and formulates the scope of water level control and matters needing attention in each stage,provides technical support for the lean dispatching management of daily regulation reservoir,and ensures the lean management of daily regulation reservoir to achieve the goal of“sufficient basis,concrete measures and safe economy”.
