基于生物-心理-社会一体化护理模式在中药雾化吸入治疗手足口病护理过程中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于生物-心理-社会一体化护理模式在中药雾化吸入治疗手足口病护理过程中的应用。方法:选择2014年6月-2016年5月在本院接受中药雾化吸入治疗的120例手足口病患儿,随机分为试验组(n=60)和常规组(n=60)。常规组接受常规护理,试验组接受基于生物-心理-社会一体化护理,观察两组疗效、症状持续时间、治疗依从率、护理满意度。结果:试验组皮疹、发热、易惊、口腔黏膜疹、烦躁哭闹、精神不振持续时间均显著短于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率、治疗依从性、护理满意度均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在中药雾化吸入治疗手足口病患儿中开展基于生物-心理-社会一体化护理,能够显著增强治疗效果,缩短患儿康复时间,提升依从性和满意度,具有较高的推广价值。Objective:To explore the application of bio-psycho-social integrated nursing model in the nursing of hand,foot and mouth disease treated with atomization inhalation of Chinese medicine.Method:A total of 120 children with hand,foot and mouth disease treated in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=60)and the conventional group(n=60).The conventional group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received bio-psychological-social integration nursing.The curative effect,duration of symptoms,treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of two groups were observed.Result:The duration of rash,fever,convulsion,oral mucosal rash,restlessness,crying and depression in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate,treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease children with atomization inhalation of Chinese medicine based on bio-psychologicalsocial integration nursing,can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect,shorten the recovery time of patients,enhance compliance and satisfaction,it has a high promotional value.
