冠心病心绞痛患者血清黏附分子及趋化因子的表达变化观察

摘　　要：目的:观察与探究冠心病心绞痛患者血清黏附分子及趋化因子的表达变化情况。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年5月医院收治的90例冠心病心绞痛患者为观察组,同时期90例体检健康者为对照组。比较两组血清黏附分子及趋化因子表达水平,并比较观察组中不同分型及Duke评分者的检测结果,分析研究指标与冠心病心绞痛的关系。结果:观察组血清黏附分子及趋化因子表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);不同分型及Duke评分患者的血清黏附分子及趋化因子表达水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,血清黏附分子及趋化因子水平均冠心病心绞痛Duke评分、分型呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清黏附分子及趋化因子在冠心病心绞痛患者中均呈现高表达状态,且对冠心病的分型与危险程度有较高的检测意义。Objective:To observe and explore the expression of serum adhesion molecules and chemokines in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 90 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected as observation group and 90 healthy persons in the same period as control group.The expression levels of serum adhesion molecules and chemokines were compared between two groups,and the results of different types and Duke scores in observation group were compared,the relationship between indexes and angina pectoris of coronary heart disease was analyzed.Result:The expression levels of serum adhesion molecules and chemokines in observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum adhesion molecules and chemokines in patients with different typing and Duke score were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum levels of adhesion molecules and chemokines were positively correlated with Duke scores and types of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum adhesion molecules and chemokines are highly expressed in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and have a high detection significance for the classification and risk of coronary heart disease.
