摘 要:为解决配电网高阻接地故障区段定位的问题,首先研究了输电线路零模电流行波的相频特征和故障点上下游零模电流的相位,进而提出了基于零模电流行波故障区段定位方法。通过网络获取各故障定段终端的录波数据,利用交叉小波变换分析各相邻终端零模电流行波的相位差,最后通过比较相邻终端零模电流行波相位差区分故障区段。基于RTDS的仿真结果表明,所提方法的准确率较高,且能够适应高阻接地故障。For the purpose of finding a way for locating the high-resistance grounding fault section in the distribution network, the phase-frequency characteristics of the zero-mode current traveling wave (ZMCT) of the transmission line as well as the phase of the upstream and downstream zero-mode current of the fault point were studied firstly. Then, a fault section location method was proposed based on ZMCT. According to this method, recording data of each fault location terminal was obtained through the network, and the phase difference of ZMCT of all adjacent terminals was analyzed through cross-wavelet transform. Finally, fault sections were differentiated through comparison of the phase difference of ZMCT of adjacent terminals. Results of simulation made on the basis of RTDS showed that the proposed method was quite accurate and applicable for high-resistance grounding fault.
