摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着经济和信息科技的发展,企业的竞争情报需求越来越迫切,竞争情报工作也越来越复杂。为了满足企业感知自身态势和竞争环境形势的需要,并对未来发展趋势进行预测。[方法/过程]通过对当前企业竞争情报系统的构建进行研究,分析了现有竞争情报工作和竞争情报系统存在的不足。在此基础上引入态势感知的思想,提出了企业竞争情报态势感知系统的架构。[结果/结论]系统由竞争情报态势觉察子系统、竞争情报态势理解子系统和竞争情报态势投射子系统组成。同时介绍了系统的实时报警机制和包括竞争情报信息、竞争情报知识和竞争情报服务3个层次的态势感知产品,最后还分析了系统的特点和优势。[Purpose/Significance]With the development of economy and information technology, the demand for competitive intelligence of enterprises has become more and more urgent, and the work of competitive intelligence has become more and more complicated. The paper aims to meet the needs of the enterprise to sense its own situation and the competitive environment, and to predict the future development trend.[Method/Process]The paper analyzes the disadvantages of existing competitive intelligence work and competitive intelligence systems through research on the enterprise competitive intelligence system constructions. The paper introduces the idea of situation awareness, and proposes the structure of the enterprise competitive intelligence situation awareness system.[Result/Conclusion]The system consists of the competitive intelligence situation perception subsystem, the competitive intelligence situation comprehension subsystem and the competitive intelligence situation projection subsystem. The system’s real-time alert mechanism and situation awareness results are also introduced. Situation awareness results include competitive intelligence information, competitive intelligence knowledge and competitive intelligence services. Finally, the characteristics and advantages of the system are analyzed.
