摘　　要：图书馆实施多元文化服务不仅是图书馆核心价值观的体现,更是图书馆助力社会可持续发展的必要路径。我国图书馆可通过推进文化认同、集聚要素保障服务、加强跨文化交互和大力实施文化创新等方式有效开展多样文化服务。The implementation of multicultural service in libraries is not only the embodiment of the core values of libraries, but also the necessary path for libraries to help the sustainable development of society. Libraries in China should effectively carry out multicultural service by promoting cultural identity, gathering service factors, strengthening cross-cultural interaction and vigorously implementing cultural innovation.
