摘　　要：目的了解宫颈癌放疗同步周期奈达铂化疗患者的护理。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的90例宫颈癌放疗同步周期奈达铂化疗患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。普通护理干预组采用普通护理,全面护理干预组采用全面护理。比较两组患者的满意程度;护理前后卡氏评分情况、免疫功能状态、睡眠状态;放化疗副作用发生率。结果全面护理干预组的满意程度、卡氏评分情况、免疫功能状态、睡眠状态、放化疗副作用发生率均优于普通护理干预组,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论宫颈癌放疗同步周期奈达铂化疗患者实施全面护理效果理想。Objective To understand the nursing care of patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy combined with nedaplatin chemotherapy.Methods 90 patients with cervical cancer who received concurrent cycles of nedaplatin chemotherapy from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The general nursing intervention group adopted the general nursing.The comprehensive nursing intervention group adopted comprehensive nursing.The satisfaction degree of two groups of patients and the score of ADR scale were compared.Karl's score,immune function and sleep status before and after nursing,and the incidence of side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Results The satisfaction degree,Karl's score,immune function status,sleep status and the incidence of side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the comprehensive nursing intervention group were better than those in the general nursing intervention group.The difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy combined with nedaplatin chemotherapy is ideal.
