摘 要:目的:研究咽喉宁口服液的抗菌、镇痛、止痒作用及对乙型溶血性链球菌感染致大鼠急性咽炎模型的治疗作用。方法:采用乙型溶血性链球菌咽部感染致大鼠急性咽炎模型评价其对大鼠咽部病变的治疗作用,二倍稀释法评价其体外抗菌作用,金黄色葡萄球菌感染致小鼠死亡模型评价其体内抗菌作用,热板致小鼠疼痛模型评价其镇痛作用,磷酸组织胺致豚鼠瘙痒模型评价其止痒作用。结果:咽喉宁口服液1.16 g干膏粉/(kg·d)、0.58 g干膏粉/(kg·d)、0.29 g干膏粉/(kg·d)3个剂量组均能降低大鼠咽部病变积分,提高小鼠镇痛率及豚鼠致痒阈,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05、P<0.01)。体外抑菌实验结果显示咽喉宁口服液对所试6种病原菌均具有不同程度的抑制作用,体内抑菌实验结果显示咽喉宁口服液中剂量组能明显降低金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠的死亡率、延长小鼠平均存活天数,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:咽喉宁口服液具有抗菌、镇痛、止痒作用,能减轻乙型溶血性链球菌所致大鼠急性咽炎咽部病变。Objective: To evaluate the effects of antibiosis, analgesia, and relieving itching of Yanhouning Oral Liquid(YHNOL), and to observe its therapeutic effect on acute bacterial pharyngitis. Methods: Pharyngitis model was established by injecting of beta hemolytic streptococcus into pharyngeal mucosa of rats. The in vitro antibacterial effect was observed by double dilution method. The in vivo antibacterial effect was observed by death model of staphylococcus aureus infection in mice. The analgesic effect was investigated by hot plate method. The antipruritic effect was investigated by phosphoric acid histamine induced itching experiment in guinea pigs. Results: Three doses(1.16 g dry extract (kg·d)^-1 , 0.58 g dry extract (kg·d)^-1 , 0.29 g dry extract (kg·d)^-1 ) could significantly decreased pharyngeal lesions and increased the thresholds of pain and itch( P <0.05, P <0.01). YHNOL had different degrees of inhibitory effect on six kinds of bacteria in vitro. It could obviously reduce the death rate of staphylococcus aureus infected mice and extend the average survival days of mice in vivo( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: YHNOL had significant effect of antibiosis, analgesia, and relieving itching. It also could effectively alleviate the symptoms of acute pharyngitis induced by staphylococcus aureus in rats.
