摘 要:目的:观察滋水清肝理冲饮对子宫内膜异位症小鼠应用GnRHa后体质量和旷场行为的影响。方法:雌性BALB/c,随机分为正常组、疾病模型组、GnRHa组、中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组和中药低剂量组,检测给药后各组小鼠的体质量,旷场实验记录小鼠走出第一格的潜伏期、跨越方格总数和周边时间、站立次数和大便颗粒数。结果:与疾病模型组相比较,GnRHa组体质量明显减轻(P<0.01),与GnRHa组相比较,中药各剂量组体质量明显增加(P<0.01);与疾病模型组相比较,GnRHa组小鼠潜伏期时间延长、跨越方格数减少、大便颗粒数明显增加(P<0.05),与GnRHa组相比较,中药各剂量组潜伏期时间缩短、跨越方格数增加、站立次数增加、大便颗粒数减少、周边站立时间延长(P<0.01);滋水清肝理冲饮各剂量组在疗效方面与浓度无明显相关性。结论:中药滋水清肝理冲饮可改善EMs小鼠应用GnRHa后所出现的体质量下降及活动度降低。Objective: To observe the effect of Zishui Qinggan Lichong Yin on body mass and open field behavior after GnRHa application in endometriosis mice(EMs). Methods: Female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into the normal group, the model group, the GnRHa group, the TCM medication groups(how-dose, medium-dose, and low-dose). The weight of the mice in each group was measured after the medication. The latency in the first grid, the total number of crossing squares and surrounding stay, the number of standing times, and feces were recorded in the open field test. Results: The body mass was obviously reduced in the GnRHa group compared to that in the model group( P <0.01);it was significantly increased in the TCM medication groups compared to that in the GnRHa group( P <0.01). The latency time was prolonged, the number of crossing squares was reduced, and the dejection was obviously increased in the GnRHa group compared to those in the model group( P <0.05);the latency time was shortened, the number of crossing grid was increased, the number of standing times was increased, the dejection was decreased, and the surrounding stay was prolonged in the TCM medication groups compared to those in the GnRHa group( P <0.01). There was no significant correlation on the concentration of Zishui Qinggan Lichong Yin to the efficacy. Conclusion: Zishui Qinggan Lichong Yin can improve the body mass and activity of EMs mice after GnRHa application.
