摘　　要：平乐正骨是我国具有重要影响力的骨伤科流派,"药物治疗"是平乐正骨系统理论的特色疗法。平乐正骨创立了"初、中、后"三期创伤用药辨证施治法,创伤初期药物内治法将辨病与辨证相结合,选用攻下、消散、或先攻后补,或攻补兼施等不同方法,治疗方法特色鲜明,疗效确切。本文将平乐正骨创伤初期药物內治法逐一解析,以探微平乐正骨药物内治法的规律与特点,为骨伤科临床用药提供参考。Pingle bonesetting is an important school of orthopedics in China, and the medication therapy is its characteristic. Pingle bonesetting established the three phases of medication based on syndrome differentiation, i.e. inital stage, the middle stage, and the later stage. The methods of purgation, dissipating, purgation before tonifying, or the combination of tonification and purgation were applied in the inital stage. These methods are distinctive and effective. This study analyzed and discussed the regularities and characteristics of the internal medication of pingle bonesetting, thus to provide references for future clinical medications of orthopedics.
