摘 要:以广州地铁3号线北延段机场南站—机场北站区间隧道为工程背景,从施工风险、工期、管线及交通疏通、沉降等方面对比分析CRD工法和单洞双线顶管法,对比有限元模拟计算数据和实际施工监测数据。结果表明:单洞双线顶管法引起地表沉降值、隧道结构拱顶沉降值远小于CRD工法;实际施工过程中,单洞双线顶管法产生的地表位移和土层位移变化趋势与数值模拟一致;单洞双线顶管法与CRD工法相比,缩短了支护时间,降低了带水作业风险,工期可控。实践表明,单洞双线顶管法适用于富水砾砂岩溶地层暗挖地下工程,效果较显著。Taking the tunnel from South Railway Station to North Station of the north extension of Guangzhou Subway line 3 as the engineering background,from the aspects of construction risk,construction period,pipeline and traffic dredging,settlement and so on,the CRD method and pipe jacking method of the single-hole double-line are compared and analyzed,the finite element simulation calculation data and actual construction monitoring data are compared.The results show that the settlement value of the surface caused by pipe jacking method of the single-hole double-line and the settlement value of the tunnel structure are much smaller than that of the CRD method.In the actual construction process,the trend of surface displacement and soil displacement caused by pipe jacking method of the single-hole double-line is consistent with the numerical simulation.Compared with the CRD method,pipe jacking method of the single-hole double-line reduces the support time,reduces the risk of water-bearing operations,and controls the construction period.The practice shows that pipe jacking method of the single-hole double-line is suitable for underground mining of buried water and gravel sandstone,and the effect is quite remarkable.
