摘  要:针对当前介质介电特性数值测量方法存在测量误差大和耗时长的问题,提出基于自由空间法的船舶多孔结构材料介电特性数值实时测量方法。以样本表面密度均匀、样本端面光滑为条件完成测量样本制备。基于测量样本制备结果,引入自由空间法,通过发射天线实现微波信号向自由空间传输,使电磁波与待测多孔结构材料接触时产生反射和透射现象,天线接收反射与透射信号,测量发射与透射系数,融合其与介电常数之间的关系而获取多孔结构材料介电特性数值。判断计算结果是否存在厚度谐振问题,假设不存在厚度谐振问题,那么可将计算结果直接当作最终测量结果;假设存在厚度谐振问题,那么利用修正公式获取船舶多孔结构材料介电特性数值最终测量结果。实验结果表明,所提方法具有测量精度和效率高的优点。上述方法实用性和合理性均优于当前相关研究,具有鲁棒性。Due to large measurement error and high time consumption in current dielectric property measurement method,this paper puts forward a real-time measurement method for dielectric property of ship porous material based on free-space method.Based on the condition that the sample surface density was uniform and the sample end surface was smooth,the measurement sample preparation was completed.Based on the measurement sample preparation result,the free-space method was introduced,and then microwave signal could be transmitted to the free space through transmitting antenna,so that the reflection phenomena and transmission phenomena occurred when electromagnetic wave contacted with the porous structure material to be measured.After that,antenna received the reflection signal and transmission signal,and then measured the emission coefficient and transmission coefficient.The dielectric property numerical value of porous material was obtained by fusing the relationship between the dielectric constant and the emission transmission coefficients.Finally,we judged whether the calculation result had thickness resonance.If not,the calculation result could be directly regarded as the final measurement result.If yes,the correction formula was used to obtain the final measurement result of dielectric property numerical value of ship porous material.Simulation results verify that the proposed method has the advantages of high measurement accuracy and high efficiency.Meanwhile,the practicability and rationality of this method is better than that of current research,which has robustness.
