摘  要:燃油系统是柴油机最关键的热力系统之一,直接影响到柴油机的燃烧过程。对系统进行故障优化预测需要建立高精度的仿真模型,并对不同故障状态下系统的性能参数变化进行准确判断,从而为热力系统的优化以及故障诊断提供参考。柴油机燃油系统管路复杂,结构型式多样,各种参数之间相互作用和影响,建模难度较大。针对燃油热力系统的建模问题,提出了基于键合图理论的建模与故障仿真方法。从基本物理规律出发,分别对系统中的泵、阀和滤器等进行了键合图建模,在Matlab/Simulink平台上建立了系统模型,并研究分析了模型在多种故障状态下燃油系统参数的动态响应。结果表明:基于键合图理论建立的柴油机燃油模型具有较高的精度和实时性,能够反映热力系统的动态工作特性并进行故障优化预测。Fuel system is one of the most important thermodynamic systems of the diesel engine,which directly affects the combustion process.An accurate model of the fuel system is necessary for fault optimization prediction.The evolutions of the system performance under different fault conditions need to be accurately predicted,thus providing reference for optimization and fault diagnosis of the system.A method of modeling and fault simulation based on bond graph theory is proposed in order to meet the difficulty of fuel system modeling.Start from the basic physical laws,the bond graph modeling of pumps,valves and filters in the system was carried out respectively,and a system model was established and the dynamic response of the fuel system parameters of the model in several failure states was studied and analyzed on the Matlab/Simulink platform.According to the structural characteristics of the fuel system,starting from the basic laws of physics,respectively on the system of pumps,valves and filters for bond graph modeling,a system model was built on the Matlab/Simulink platform,and the dynamic model of fuel system parameters was analyzed in various fault conditions of response.The results show that the model based on bond graph theory has high accuracy and real-time performance,which can reflect the dynamic characteristics of the thermal system.
