摘　　要：项目管理系统在企业产品研发设计环节具有重要作用。面向工程机械行业,分析企业产品设计研发流程,总结项目管理过程存在的问题,基于项目管理经验,结合产品全生命周期管理理论、集成产品开发(IPD)模式和项目管理知识体系,重点围绕系统集成、BOM管理、权限控制、项目建模四项关键技术进行阐述,提出基于PDM的项目管理系统框架与功能,并完成面向工程机械行业的项目管理系统设计、开发。Projects management system plays an important role in enterprises design and R&D sections for products devel?opment.When facing the construction machinery industry it has to analyze their procedure of products R&D and summarize problems existing there during the project's management,on which basis it has to integrate management theory on the products work?ing duration with mode of Integrated product development(IPD)as well as the project's management knowledge system with key points surrounding the system's integration,BOM control,power limit control,and models built for the project,totaling 4 items,to be stated on the key techs.And more,on the basis of PDM it has to provide the management system's frame and function so as to finish design and development of the management control system,as facing to the construction machinery industry.
