摘  要:车辆冷却系统散热技术及各系统温度状态对车辆性能有重要影响,高效散热技术是现代车辆的关键技术。非道路车辆冷却系统区别于其他车辆,传统的冷却系统散热方式受限于各种因素,已难于满足车辆冷却散热要求。新研发的双循环冷却系统具有各种优势,适应现代车辆冷却散热要求。介绍双循环冷却系统的工作原理、组成和特点。在装载机上的应用及试验验证表明,双循环冷却系统具有散热效率高,发动机燃烧更高效、更清洁,动力传递效率更高,车辆系统更节能、减排,车辆噪声更低,散热模块结构尺寸更小,重量更轻,成本更低等特点,代表着车辆冷却技术的发展方向。As radiating in vehicles cooling system together with temp situation there would affect much the vehicles performance,therefore,a high-tech radiating can become a key tech for the modern vehicles.However,cooling system of the non-highway vehicle is different with the others in a vehicle that traditional cooling systems radiating is limited with factors and is hard to satisfy radiating requirements for vehicles.The text further introduces a newly developed radiating system with various superiority and is suitable for modern vehicles,which has a dual circular cooling system that is high in radiating efficiency,and better fuel burning plus more cleaning for the engine,beside higher efficiency for the power transfer.As for the vehicle itself,there are features in higher energy saving,lesser exhaust pollution,lower noise level,smaller size of the radiating bank,lighter in weight,lower in cost,etc,which represents development heading of the vehicles cooling technology.
