摘 要:实验室用旋涡风机在运行时会产生较大的噪声,为了降低旋涡风机的噪声值,设计7种降噪方案,测试每种方案的降噪效果。通过研究风机消声壳加装的不同位置、隔声罩的安装和板结构选取不同的材料组合对降噪效果的影响进行对比试验和频谱分析,从而找出最优的降噪方案,确保风机的辐射噪声能够满足环境要求。When regenerative blower running in a lab they would produce noise at a rather high level, a way out is to design7 fan concept of solution to test for comparison and selection so as to lower their noise level. A shell is considered to wrap up the noising fan which elements and factors are thought about in terms of shielding different positions,materials and compositions are compared, beside sound insulation, to see quietening effects;tests and frequency analysis are done and compared before finding out a best solution to noise reducing, so as to ensure that the blower’s radiation and noise level can meet the environment demand.
