摘  要:某外资品牌360 t级大型矿用液压挖掘机回转平台发生开裂失效故障。通过现场对裂纹新旧程度及裂纹走向进行分析,确定开裂失效故障原因,并制定初步维修方案。通过焊接仿真软件simufact.welding对修复过程中的焊接残余应力进行分析,得到残余应力大小及分布,然后根据仿真结果确定去应力工艺方案;通过焊接变形仿真分析,确认关键区域分方向焊接变形量及焊接总变形量满足现场要求。根据仿真结果完善维修方案后,对液压挖掘机回转平台进行了维修。维修后液压挖掘机已经正常使用超过维修质保期,回转平台区域未再出现开裂故障。Cracks and troubles have happened to the slewing platform of a large-size 360t hydraulic excavator for mining application. It has to analyze on spot the cracks,both old and new, and their running directions, before defining case and cause of the cracks and making a solution to the preliminary maintenance. Through an analysis on spot of the cracks both old and new together with their tending directions, it has to define cause of the cracks and troubles. By means of a welding simulation software simufact.welding analyses are done of the welding stress residue to have got sizes and distribution of the residue before defining solutions to eliminating the stresses according to the simulation results.Besides, by a simulation analysis of the welding work piece it confirms that the quantitative welding pieces deformation and the total welding deformation volume at the key zones, plus the deforming orientation, can meet the sites requirements. After repairing the digger’s slewing platform and other pieces of maintenance, the excavator has returned to normal operation which exceeds its warranty period, with no such cracks were found again here-after.
