摘　　要：基于第214期"双清论坛",本文总结了我国战略性关键矿产资源在新时代背景下的国家重大需求以及所面临的机遇与挑战,回顾了矿产资源安全与管理领域近年来通过管理科学、经济科学、地球科学、环境科学、工程与材料科学等多学科交叉所取得的主要进展和成果,凝练了该领域未来5—10年的重大关键科学问题,探讨了该领域的重大前沿研究方向和科学基金资助战略。Based on the 214th issue of"Shuangqing Forum",this paper summarizes the major national needs of China's critical mineral resources in the new era and the opportunities and challenges.It reviews the major advances and achievements in the field of mineral resources security and management in recent years through multidisciplinary intersections such as management science,economic science,earth science,environmental science,engineering and materials science,summarizes the key scientific issues in the field for the next 5-10 years,and discusses the major frontier research directions and funding strategies in this field.
