微信教育管理对中老年糖尿病患者自行注射胰岛素行为及血糖水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中老年糖尿病患者实施微信教育管理对其自行注射胰岛素的行为及血糖水平的影响;方法选取2016年10月~2017年10月在我院接受胰岛素治疗出院的中老年糖尿病患者112例,采用随机列表分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规教育管理,观察组在对照组的基础上,实施微信教育管理。6个月后,比较两组患者自行注射胰岛素情况、自我管理能力变化和血糖指标变化一结果微信教育管理6个月后,观察组自行注射胰岛素的行为明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的自我管理能力及血糖水平均有所改善,且观察组改善更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信教育管理可以有效改善中老年患者自行注射胰岛素的行为,控制患者的血糖水平,提高其自我管理水平。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat education management on self - administered subcutaneous injections of insulin and the blood glucose level in middle - aged and elderly patients with diabetic mellitus. Methods 112 middle - aged and elderly diabetic patients who received insulin treatment in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the obsenation group. The control group received routine ediH'ation management. The observation group received routine and WeChat education management. After 6 months, the behavior of insulin self - injection, the ability of self - management and the level of blood glucose were compared between the two groups. Results 6 months after Wechat education management ,the behavior of insulin self - injecting in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The self -management ability and the blood glucose level in the two groups were improved, and the improvement in the observation group was more significant ( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion Wechat education management effectively improves the behavior of insulin self - injecting which can control blood glucose level and the ability of self - management in middle - aged and elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.
