摘 要:在不添加模板剂的情况下,通过二次生长合成法在多孔α-Al_2O_3载体外表面制备丝光沸石膜。当结晶温度为160℃,结晶时间为24 h时,丝光沸石膜的渗透通量和分离因子同时达到最大值,分别为0.125 kg/(m^2·h)和840。在水/异丙醇混合物中测试了沸石膜的渗透汽化能力;通过扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射表征膜的晶体结构和形貌。将得到的丝光沸石膜用于四氢呋喃脱水,通过研究渗透汽化温度和进料浓度对脱水过程的影响,发现丝光沸石膜具有良好的分离性能。Mordenite membranes were prepared on the outer surface of porousα-Al2O3 supports via secondary growth synthesis without the addition of a template agent.When the crystallization temperature was 160℃and the crystallization time was 24 h,the permeate flux and the separation factor of mordenite membrane simultaneously achieved maximum values of 0.125 kg/(m^2·h)and 840,respectively.The separation ability of zeolite membranes by pervaporation was tested in a water/isopropanol mixture.The crystal structures and morphologies of the membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.Then the obtained mordenite membranes were applied to the separation of water from tetrahydrofuran.By investigating the influence of pervaporation temperature and input concentration on the process of dehydration,the mordenite membranes showed good separation performance.
