摘  要:高温热处理是一种缓解激光熔覆涂层残余应力和检测涂层高温稳定性的有效手段。本文从热处理的加热温度、保温时间和冷却速度角度出发,综述了热处理工艺对激光熔覆涂层的研究进展。分析了热处理对激光熔覆涂层物相和组织结构、力学性能以及摩擦学性能的影响机理,讨论了热处理过程中熔覆涂层的相组织演变以及涂层力学性能、摩擦学性能的变化规律。High temperature heart-treatment is an effective mean used to alleviate the residual stress and detect the high-temperature stability of laser cladding coating. In this paper,the influence of heart-treatment process on laser cladding coating is summarized from hearting temperature,holding time and cooling speed. The effect of heart-treatment on phases,microstructure,mechanical properties and tribological properties of laser cladding coating is analysed. The phase and microstructure evolution rule,the causes of the changes of mechanical properties and tribological properties of laser cladding coating during the heart-treatment process are also briefly discussed,which provides a reference for relevant experiments and application.
