摘  要:对7050铝合金进行了冷热循环处理,研究了冷热循环处理对该合金力学性能和尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:冷热循环处理对7050铝合金力学性能的影响较小;从提高尺寸稳定性方面考虑,最佳的冷热循环处理工艺为-150℃保温24 h,再加热至150℃保温3 h,并循环2次;对该工艺处理后圆环开口尺寸变化率由未冷热循环处理的0. 22%降低到0. 05%,降低了77. 3%。Effect of cold and hot cycle treatment on mechanical properties and dimensional stability of 7050 aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that the cold and hot cycle treatment has little effect on the mechanical properties of 7050 aluminum alloy. Considering to improve the dimensional stability,the best cold and hot cycle process is holding at -150 ℃ for 24 h and then heating to 150 ℃ for 3 h,circulation 2 times. The change rate of the opening size of the ring decreases from 0. 22% to 0. 05%,and decreased by 77. 3%,respectively.
