摘　　要：微流青旅在城市背向空间中创造了富有活力的空间。案例提示了基于个人意志的新型的共有空间有机会借助当代信息网络,依托更大范围的城市资源反哺原生邻里环境。资本与机构的介入、代理人的工作模式对当代建筑施加了普遍性的制度束缚。命题预判先于本体操作、主动把握一手命题的方法,将帮助建筑师跳脱制度默认,寻找潜在的相关要素合作的可能,创造出回馈真实社会的自在空间。Weflow Hostel has generated a space with vitality in the back comer of the city. The project suggests that new common spaces based on individual will has the opportunity to employ a wider range of urban resources and feed back to the original neighborhood by means of contemporary information network. The intervention of capital and institutions as well as the working model of agents have generally imposed institutional constraints on architec-ture today. The methods, in which design proposition precedes ontological operation and takes firsthand proposition, can allow architects break through from default architectural system to find potential possibilities of cooperations among relevant elements to create newspace of freedom and authentic social value.
