摘　　要：新建成启用的中国驻慕尼黑总领馆新馆舍的设计充分整合了该建筑类型的各种要素,通过建筑与外部空间组合的开放性,寻找与当地环境与文化融会贯通的建筑语汇,创造出庭、院、园以及具有可识别性的空间界面,同时,结合当地技术应用,以及中国传统与当代艺术的表达.创造出一个体现"和而不同"理念的媒介,助力"公共外交"。The new Chinese Consulate-General in Munich integrates all the key typological elements necessary to diplomatic constructions. The openness realized by combining architecture with external space not only helps to create atriums, courtyards, gardens and distinctive interfaces, but also achieves a harmonious balance with the local environment and culture.Additionally, the building, which integrates local technology with traditional and modem Chinese arts, produces the vehicle that perfectly represents the concept of "harmony in diversity", thus facilitates "public diplomacy".
