摘 要:目的研究一种荧光标记法在医院内物体表面清洁质量监测中的应用价值。方法采用荧光标记法和目标监测法,对某医院综合重症监护病房内物体表面清洁效果进行监测,同时对住院患者多重耐药菌感染进行评估。结果实施荧光标记法监测之后,该医院综合重症监护病房医疗仪器表面清洁质量合格率由原来的79. 25%提升到94. 44%;床单元表面清洁质量合格率由原来的78. 89%提升到90. 52%。住院患者多重耐药菌的医院感染发生率由原来的1. 23%下降到0. 44%。结论该医院采用荧光标记法作为物体表面清洁质量的干预措施,明显提高了清洁质量的合格率,有利于防控医院感染的发生。Objective To study the application value of a fluorescence labeling method in monitoring the cleaning quality of objects in hospital.Methods Fluorescence labeling method and target monitoring method were used to monitor the cleaning effect of object surface in the integrated Intensive Care Unit of a hospital,and multiple drug-resistant bacterial infections of inpatients were evaluated.Results After the implementation of fluorescence labeling monitoring,the qualified rate of surface cleaning quality of medical instruments in the comprehensive Intensive Care Unit of the hospital increased from 79.25% to 94.44%;the qualified rate of sheet surface cleaning quality increased from 78.89% to 90.52%.The nosocomial infection rate of multidrug-resistant bacteria in inpatients decreased from 1.23% to 0.44%.Conclusion The hospital adopts fluorescence labeling method as an intervention measure for the cleaning quality of object surface,which significantly improves the qualified rate of cleaning quality and is conducive to the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.
