基 金:中日友好医院院级横向课题(2014-HX-14)-中药补肺活血胶囊对PM2.5致小鼠肺损伤和COPD的干预治疗研究
摘 要:目的:观察补肺活血胶囊对细颗粒物致小鼠肺组织损伤修复作用的影响,探讨中医扶正驱邪及治未病理论与肺损伤修复过程的相关性。方法:采用鼻腔滴注细颗粒物悬液的方法建立细颗粒物致小鼠肺损伤模型,实验按随机数字表法分为空白对照组、低剂量染毒组、低剂量染毒中药组、中剂量染毒组、中剂量染毒中药组、高剂量染毒组、高剂量染毒中药组,运用HE染色法、免疫组织化学染色法、ELISA法检测肺组织中KGF、IL-4、IL-17的表达。结果:经鼻腔滴注细颗粒物悬液可以成功建立肺损伤模型,肺组织损伤修复程度随染毒剂量的增加而加重,经中药补肺活血胶囊干预后小鼠肺组织损炎性介质表达显著降低,损伤修复程度较染毒模型组显著改善。结论:补肺活血胶囊可以减少肺组织中炎性因子分泌,以改善肺损伤修复程度,在一定程度上体现了中医扶正祛邪及治未病思想。Objective:Observe the influence of repair function of fine particles matter induced pulmonary injury by Bufei Huoxue(BFHX) capsule,and explore relationship between damage-repair procession and TCM theory include centralizer exorcism and preventive treatment.Methods:Intranasal instillation of fine particles matter suspension to establish fine particles matter model mice.There are seven groups include blank control,low dose infected and treated with BFHX,middle dose infected and treated with BFHX,high dose infected and treated with BFHX.By HE and immunohistochemical staining,ELISA method to detect KGF,IL-4,IL-17 in lung tissue.Results:Fine particles matter model mice were successfully established,lung injury level related with the infected dose;Bufei Huoxue capsule could reduce lung injury and injury-repair progress with fine particles matter model mice.Conclusion:Bufei Huoxue capsule can reduce the injuryrepair with fine particles matter model mice.TCM theory of strengthening healthy Qi to eliminate pathogenrc factors and preventive treatment are relate to the injury-repair process.
