硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素片治疗桥本甲状腺炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析桥本甲状腺炎采用硒酵母与左旋甲状腺素片联合治疗的效果及对甲状腺自身抗体水平的影响。方法选择惠州市第三人民医院2017年2月至2018年3月诊治的140例桥本甲状腺炎患者,随机分成对照组和研究组各70例。对照组使用左旋甲状腺素片治疗,研究组采用左旋甲状腺素片联合硒酵母治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后促甲状腺素(thyrotropin thyroid stimulating hormone, TSH)(5.93±0.94)m U/L、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(three free triiodothyronine, FT3)(5.18±1.25)pmol/L、游离甲状腺素(free thyroxineIndex, FT4)(16.81±2.98)pmol/L,优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(anti-thyroid-peroxidase antibody, TPOAb)(128.37±39.14)pmol/L、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(anti-thyroglobulin antibodies,TGAb)(67.42±10.32)U/ml,优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率4.29%低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硒酵母结合左旋甲状腺素片对桥本甲状腺炎的疗效显著,可明显提升患者的甲状腺功能,改善甲状腺自身抗体水平,且不良反应少。Objective To analyze the effect of combined treatment with selenium yeast and levothyroxine tablets on Hashimoto's thyroiditis and its effect on thyroid autoantibodies.Methods A total of 140 patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis who were diagnosed and treated in the Third People's Hospital of Huizhou City from February 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine tablets,and the study group was treated with levothyroxine tablets combined with selenium yeast,then compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the thyrotropin thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)(5.93±0.94)mU/L,free triiodothyronine(FT3)(5.18±1.25)pmol/L,free thyroid gland FreeThyroxine Index(FT4)(16.81±2.98)pmol/L,better than the control group(P<0.05);the study group anti-Thyroid-Peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)(128.37±39.14)pmol/L,anti-thyroglobulin antibodies(TGAb)(67.42±10.32)U/ml,which were better than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.29%which was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The selenium yeast combined with levothyroxine tablets has a signifi cant effect on Hashimoto's thyroiditis,which could signifi cantly improve thyroid function,improve thyroid autoantibodies,and have fewer adverse reactions.
