摘　　要：青年马克思主义者培养工程是一项事关党的事业和国家民族前途的重要基础性、战略性工程,文章着眼于培养适应中国特色社会主义新时代需要的政治坚定、技能过硬、素质优良的应用型护理人才,结合护理学专业学生的思想特征、专业特点和职业特性等实际,在长期实践中将理想信念教育、诚信品德教育、专业技能教育、就业创业教育、综合素质教育有机融入青马工程之中,探索形成了"五位一体"护理青马人才培养模式,为创新高校二级学院青马人才培养路径,提供了理论与实践研究范式。The training project of young Marxists is an important basic and strategic project which concerns the cause of the Party and the future of the nation. This paper aims to train applied nursing talents with political firmness,excellent skills and excellent quality to meet the needs of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on the ideological,major and professional characteristics of nursing students,the ideal and faith education,honesty and moral education,professional skills education,employment and entrepreneurship education and comprehensive quality education were organically integrated into the young Marx Project to create the “Five-in-One” nursing young Marx’s talents who are explored and formed under the long-term practice and the training mode of talents. It provides a theoretical and practical research paradigm for innovating young Marx’s talent training path in higher level colleges and universities.
