痛经汤加减治疗原发性痛经的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究痛经汤加减治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法将我院收治的120例原发性痛经患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组以常用西药(布洛芬缓释胶囊、罗通定片)进行治疗,观察组采用痛经汤加减进行治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前、后P、E_2、PGF_(2α)水平及疼痛评分。结果观察组的痊愈率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的治疗总有效率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者P、E_2、PGF_(2α)水平均改善,且观察组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痛经汤治疗原发性痛经效果显著,患者痊愈率高,P、E_2、PGF_(2α)水平均改善明显,止痛效果好,建议推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Tongjing decoction on primary dysmenorrheal.Methods A total of 120 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine(ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,rotundine tablets),while the observation group was treated with modified Tongjing decoction.The clinical efficacy,levels of P,E2,PGF2α and pain scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of P,E2 and PGF2α in both groups improved,and those of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups significantly decreased,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Tongjing decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal has significant effect,with high cure rate of patients and good analgesic effect,which can improve levels of P,E2 and PGF2α obviously,and should be extended and applied.
