摘　　要：报告1例脑出血患者牙齿脱落至气管插管气囊上方的急救与护理。护士及时发现松动牙齿,采取相应措施后仍发生牙齿脱落。行床旁X线示气管异物。联合医生和多科室协作配合,严密观察患者生命体征,并做好气道和用药护理,2 d后行X线检查未见气道异物。由于原发疾病危重,患者心肺功能和肝肾功能进一步失代偿,家属拒绝气管切开和透析,自动放弃治疗后患者死亡。The first aid and nursing of a patient with cerebral hemorrhage whose teeth fell off above the airbag of tracheal intubation were reported.The nurse found loose teeth in time,and the teeth still fell out after taking corresponding measures.Next to the bed X line shows tracheal foreign body.In collaboration with doctors and multiple departments,the patients'vital signs were closely observed,and airway care and drug care were done well.After two days,no foreign body was detected by X-ray examination.Due to the critical condition of the original disease,the patients'cardiopulmonary function and liver and kidney function were further lost.The family members refused tracheotomy and dialysis,and the patient died after automatically giving up treatment.
