精细化综合护理在喉癌全喉切除术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察喉癌全喉切除术患者使用精细化综合护理的效果。方法选择2013年1月至2018年2月本院收治的80例喉癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组施以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上施以精细化综合护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后的负面情绪评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果护理前,两组患者的SDS及SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的SDS及SAS评分均明显低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对服务及时性、服务态度、管理规范性、住院环境及护理人员的综合素质的满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化综合护理干预能够有效缓解喉癌全喉切除术患者的负面情绪,改善其生活质量,提高护理满意度,值得推广与应用。Objective To observe the effect of refined comprehensive nursing for patients with laryngeal carcinoma undergoing total laryngectomy.Methods From January 2013 to February 2018,80 patients with laryngeal carcinoma treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given refined comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of negative emotion and quality of life,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before the nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS between the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group on service timeliness,service attitudes,management standardization,hospitalization environment and comprehensive quality of nursing staff were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with laryngeal cancer undergoing total laryngectomy,improve patients'quality of life and increase nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and applic
