品管圈管理模式对鼻内镜术后患者复诊依从性及复发率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析品管圈管理模式对鼻内镜术后患者复诊依从性及复发率的影响。方法将我院2017年2月至2018年2月收治的122例鼻内镜手术患者采用数字表随机法分为观察组和对照组,各61例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上应用品管圈管理模式。比较两组患者的干预效果。结果干预后,两组患者的清洗鼻腔、局部用药、换药配合、疾病基本知识及疼痛应对评分均显著升高,且观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院2周、1、2、3、6个月,观察组患者的复诊依从性均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院2周、1个月,两组患者的复发率无显著差异(P>0.05);出院2、3、6个月,观察组患者的复发率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈管理模式在鼻内镜术后患者中的应用效果显著,其在保证护理质量的同时,还可加强患者对疾病知识的了解,提高患者复诊依从性,并降低术后复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle management mode on re-visit compliance and recurrence rate of patients after nasal endoscopy surgery.Methods A total of 122 patients undergoing nasal endoscopy surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given quality control circle management mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of nasal cavity cleaning,local medication,dressing change coordination,basic knowledge of disease and pain coping of the two groups significantly increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks,1,2,3 and 6 months after discharge,the re-visit compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks and 1 month after discharge,there were no significant differences in the recurrence rates between the two groups(P>0.05);at 2,3 and 6 months after discharge,the recurrence rates of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle management mode has a remarkable effect in the application of patients after nasal endoscopy surgery,which can not only guarantee the quality of nursing,but also strengthen patients'understanding of disease knowledge,improve re-visit compliance of patients,and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
