血腑逐瘀汤治疗子宫肌瘤的有效性及对其激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析研究对子宫肌瘤患者实施血腑逐瘀汤治疗在激素水平、有效性方面的影响。方法选择我院子宫肌瘤患者88例随机分为两组,对照组44例治疗米非司酮,研究组在口服西药的基础上给予血腑逐瘀汤治疗,对比两种治疗方法对患者激素水平改善、治疗有效性方面的应用效果。结果治疗前两组的E2(雌二醇)、LH(黄体生成素)、FSH(卵泡刺激素)的激素水平比较未有明显的差异性(P>0.05);治疗后研究组的FSH、LH与E2激素水平、均有所降低,组间数据对比有差异(P<0.05);研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床上使用血腑逐瘀汤对子宫肌瘤患者治疗,可有效改善患者的激素水平、提高总的治疗效果,安全可靠,值得将其在临床上推广。Objective To analyze the effect of treatment of uterine fibroids with blood fu zhuyu decoction on hormone level and effectiveness.Methods 88 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,and 44 patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone.The research group was given the treatment of blood-fu zhuyu decoction on the basis of oral western medicine,and the application effect of the two treatment methods on the improvement of hormone level and treatment effectiveness of the patients was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of E2(estradiol),LH(luteinizing hormone)and FSH(follicular stimulating hormone)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the study group were decreased,and there were differences in the data between the groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of blood fu zhuyu decoction in clinical treatment of uterine fibroids can effectively improve the hormone level of patients and the overall treatment effect,which is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
